Event aims to help you plan funerals

Age UK Rotherham has organised the event at their offices in the Old Town Hall, Howard Street, from 9.30am to 1pm on Tuesday.

Visitors to the drop-in event can speak to an experienced member of the team and hear how the plans can remove some of the worry and stress around organising a funeral.

A professional will writer will also be on hand offering advice on making a will or changing an existing one.

As well as Funeral Plans, which enable people to fix the cost of their cremation funeral at today’s prices and offer flexible plans and payment methods, Age UK Rotherham offers help with travel, home and car insurance, a home energy package, legal services and personal alarms and also a free LifeBook service where important details and contacts can be recorded.
