Sugar Ray on way to Rotherham
BOXING legend Sugar Ray Leonard is one his way to Rotherham for one of the first major events at the New York Stadium.
Named as the Boxer of the Decade for the 1980s, Leonard was the first fighter to earn more than $100 million in purses and won world titles in five weight divisions.
He will appear at the NYS on Sunday, September 9 for a sporting lucheon and MW Entertainments co-director Mick Mangham says it’s a major coup for the town.

Hide AdLeonard will replace troubled football star Paul Gascoigne, who was due to appear at the stadium in December.
