Every point vital for Titans

HEAD coach Lee Blackett wants Titans to face the challenge of Bristol head-on and make sure a top-four place is still theirs come tomorrow night.

Two wins from the last three matches have re-ignited confidence at Clifton Lane but the West Country outfit, beaten just once in 17 league outings this term, present a different challenge altogether.

They won the first meeting 26-17 in November and along with Worcester have proved a class apart from the rest of the division so far.

But Rotherham have plenty of motivation to upset them and keep their chasers, led by Nottingham, at bay.

He said: “There's an air of confidence about us at this point in time and it's vital we put in a performance which gives us a chance.

“Our aim come Saturday night is to still be in the top four in the league. Nottingham play Moseley at home and looking at the table, Nottingham might potentially win that one which means we could find ourselves outside the play-off places. Every single point we collect is going to be vital.”
