Four charged with drugs offences

Shane McKay (34), of Woodland Drive, North Anston, was charged with possession of Class A drugs, possession with intent to supply and supply of Class B drugs.

He appeared before Rotherham Magistrates’ Court on Friday (13).

A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said this followed the execution of two search warrants in North Anston, where significant quantities of heroin and cocaine were seized.

As part of a separate operation, police also executed a warrant at a property in Badsley Moor Lane, East Dene, where quantities of crack cocaine and heroin were seized.

Alexandra Morley (39), of Badsley Moor Lane, East Dene, and Steven O’Hara (42), of Badsley Moor Lane, East Dene, appeared before magistrates charged with possession and supply offences.

Mohammed Raqeeb Alam (20), of Selwyn Street, Eastwood, was also charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and appeared before magistrates on Friday (13).
