Ninth shop for Bluebell Wood

BLUEBELL Wood is set to open its ninth charity shop next week (19) — with plans for a tenth already in the pipeline.

The doors will open next Friday at the Chapeltown store, stocking new and second hand items including toys and clothes.

Santa Claus will be at the opening at Unit 3 Asda Development between noon and 2pm and Bluebell Wood is looking for volunteers to lend a hand at the new shop.

Retail manager James Bower said: “All funds raised go towards the vital work we do at the hospice and in the community.

“As a charity supporting local people, we love being at the heart of the community and we are grateful for the support people give our shops.”

The North Anston children’s hospice is planning to take its shop tally to ten by opening in Chesterfield next year.
