Adams gets Gate job
FORMER Maltby Main boss Steve Adams has been named as new Parkgate manager.
Adams replaces Russ Eagle at Green Lane, following the latter’s switch to Worksop Parramore.
He was at Muglet Lane until quitting last year and spent a short period at Winterton Rangers – and the Steelmen are delighted with their acquisition.
Said secretary Bruce Bickerdike: “We’re pleased to announce Steve as the new manager. We received 17 applications for the vacant manager’s position, and some very good candidates had to be rejected.
