Grabban spot on for Millers

STRIKER Lewis Grabban’s 17th goal of the season gave Rotherham United a 1-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle at Don Valley Stadium this afternoon.

Grabban finally broke the resistance of the visitors on 69 minutes when he converted from the penalty spot after Darren Purse had fouled substitute Gareth Evans.

The Millers were good value for their win, dominating from start to finish in blustery conditions against a poor Argyle side.

The damage should have been greater as several promising positions were wasted. Evans, back in the side after a long injury absence, missed an open goal late on.
