Ring found in Brecks area
A WOMAN has launched a bid to return a “precious” ring to its rightful owner.
Lynn Ashton said she found the item of jewellery in the Brecks area two months ago but her attempts to find its owner through notices in shop windows and enquiries in local salons had drawn a blank.
She declined to give a detailed description of the ring to avoid attracting time-wasters but said the owner would be able to give sufficient details for her to hand it over.
