Auditions open for Dearne dance spectacular

Dearne Playhouse’s production of The Magic of Gene Kelly will be performed on Sunday, December 7, and dancers are needed to take part in the show.

Would-be stars are invited to Saint Helen’s Church Hall in Thurnscoe between 1pm to 3pm on Sunday.

Tap dancers interested in taking part in the show, a musical cavalcade of shows and songs that Gene Kelly choreographed and performed in, can email [email protected] for further details.

The playhouse is also staging Aladdin between January 2 and 6 and Beauty and the Beast on Sunday, December 14 at 3pm and 7pm.

Anyone coming along in a Disney costume will be in with a chance of winning a prize.
