KIMBERWORTH PARK WALKING GROUP: On September 23, 23 members completed a three mile walk through ancient woodland and farmland via Bassingthorpe Woods and the Clough, before returning to St John’s Church.
BARKERS PARK BOWLING CLUB: Recently some of the Barkers Park bowlers played in the Vets Merits. Rob Slow and John Wood reached the quarter finals of the doubles competition and Roy Cooke and Mick Weaver reached the semi-final. Barkers Park hosted the semi-finals of the Stones Cup between Silverwood and Treeton. Treeton progressed to the finals.
