Rotherham's first Gay Pride Ball selling well

Rob Jones is putting on the The Pride Ball at the Carlton Park Hotel on next Saturday and said a fraction of the 100 tickets originally on offer were still up for grabs.

Preparations are well under way for the event, which will feature performances from is Lisa Hart as Lady Gaga (pictured), Madonna and Kylie as well as Rotherham’s very own Leanne Harper as Beyonce, Jessie J and Rihanna.

It will be hosted by drag act Sordid Secret.

Proceeds from the event, which is open to everyone, will be go towards next year’s Rotherham Pride festival.

Tickets are £29.95 including two-course dinner and the dress code is black tie (dress to impress). Proceeds will be going towards 2016 Rotherham Pride.
