The brown stuff

My stress levels are soaring at the moment, what with the wedding and moving house, and what do I normally do when I’m stressed?….EAT CHOCOLATE.

Somehow I have managed to keep myself busy with grapes and cherries but at some point I will need just a square or two of the delicious brown stuff.

I’m off to Salsa tonight and Yoga tomorrow so with all that lifting and moving I should be shifting pounds like there’s no tomorrow!
