Stinking wheelie bins a health hazard
This two-week collection is surely a health hazard.
Once the bin is emptied and cleaned, in goes the first of my grandson's nappies (bagged) and leftover food to begin to propagate for two weeks.
I pay the council, the wheelie bin cleaner, and £4.80 for a bin protector. The flies still think it is some sort of buffet station.

The big difference is that the black bin is collected every week, along with ONE of the others.
It makes more sense than vehicles coming to collect a few cans and a bit of cardboard.
