READER LETTER: Where's the Millers' motivation?

Although I am an ex-Rotherhamite living in Canada for the past 37 odd years, I still follow the team on the Beeb and it seems to me that this team is not motivated under the current managerial setup.

They appeared far more enthusiastic under Mark Robins, but since Ronnie Moore took over the fire seems to have gone.

They are barely squeaking by teams who are propping up the division, compared to teams like Rochdale, who are showing their inferior opponents just who the boss is by filling the net on a regular basis especially at home, whereas the Millers look very weak.

Just my opinion, but definitely a lack of motivation
