Rawmarsh Community School: could do better
For the Head, management, Governors and LEA the comments would go something like this: need to concentrate more and keep the eye on the facts. Lack leadership qualities, lions led by donkeys. Need to think of others apart from themselves. Management skills need working on. Communication is not one of their strong points. More effort in arithmetic needed to make the thing add up. Ill equipped and lack motivation.
Can be sparse with the truth. Only gives selective responses. Not team workers and have an I’m-all-right Jack attitude. Mentoring is an absolute must before RCS goes down the Swanny. I’ve had reports of RCS selling out to become an academy, being shut down to make way for a free school and trouble within the pupil population.
