Obviously, the well paid Mr O'Connell is unaware that Rotherham's problems are deep -seated and reflect 40 years of decline under a useless Labour Council.

A hopeless sequence of failed investment decisions backed by unqualified councillors and out-of-town planners has seen shopping and parking facilities decline, leading to the demise of attractive traders.

Naturally, people have opted for nearby alternatives. The only hope the town has is a change of Council...but that's as likely as a thriving Arts Hub!
