LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Don’t wait to switch to the Rotherham Titans

He asks is there a footballer on the planet committed to any cause? Of course there is; winning promotion, winning league titles, winning cups, surely players at clubs are 100 per cent committed to one or more of those.

Paul Warne didn’t say his players were committed to one club, he says they are committed to this club while they are here and trying to win things.

He’s not lying as Name and Address Supplied is implying.

I understand his comments about players always wanting the best wages they can, of course they do, anyone in any job would, but what if they are happy with what they earn and which club they are at. Surely that means they would give 100pc, doesn’t it?

He also intimates that Paul Warne has said we are a side victim to more poor refereeing decisions than any other, and players nicer than those of other teams. I read his column every week also, and have never read any of those comments.

He does say we have good human beings at the club. Paul Warne, as any reporter who has interviewed him will tell you, is one of the most honest guys you could wish to meet and also gives opposition teams credit where it’s due.

I don’t think you are a Miller at all Mr “Name and Address Supplied” and please don’t wait till next season, switch to the Titans now.
