MAY I please, through the Rotherham Advertiser, thank Debbie at RMBC who took my call on Friday November 2. I was in a total state of panic about needing an emergency repair to one of my external doors, when I needed also to be elsewhere in my role as carer, with no one to cover for me.
Debbie truly went the extra mile, showed compassion and kindness in my hour of need, as well as ringing me back in the afternoon to check I was ok. I was ok, but only thanks to her reminding me that I needed to take a step back and look after myself a bit more. I shall try to.
