LETTER: Facts of Tory life

YET again Mr Darby fills several column inches with his nonsense. I do not want to engage in his style of opinionated ranting, but will simply provide some data.

Those who oppose the Tories do not want to return to the past, but to see a country without the following statistics, which are the direct result of Conservative policies. People who support the Tories might want to be aware that we now have: 4,200,000 children living in poverty, 13,000 homeless veterans, 6,600 mental health nurses cut, 120,000 deaths linked to austerity, 1,332,952 foodbank parcels issued, 21,000 police cut and 124,000 homeless children.
