THE Rotherham Advertiser formally apologises to Jane Vernon Photography for a breach of copyright in the use of a picture published online on October 4, 2017.

The Rotherham Advertiser also apologises for its failure to credit Jane Vernon Photography for the picture, which was used to illustrate an article titled “Chance to ‘Muck Out’ at Wentworth Woodhouse”.

The Advertiser accepts that Jane Vernon is the author of the work, which is protected under the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
