Clearing all the roads is not practical

Sir, I would like to ask all those who complained about the lack of clearance of minor roads exactly how they expect the council to be able to clear such a large volume of roads?

I would expect, and want, the council to focus on clearing the major road routes round the district.

Perhaps it would help if local residents took some ownership of their own areas and instead of cleaning off the minimum of snow, went out and cleared their streets as well. If the majority of any street went out and cleared the road themselves they would the roads would be cleared in no time.

It's simply not feasible for the council to clear everywhere.
