New-look retail store

Since Leisureways was bought out by Autosupplies Group in 2019 the retail and trade store at Masbrough Street, Rotherham, has been constantly improved and updated, and now boasts an impressive selection of car parts, paints, refinish products and accessories.

The total transformation is now complete and, as a sister outlet to Autosupplies stores in Chesterfield and Barnsley it’s now part of the area’s leading motor factor group supplying quality parts, refinishing products and equipment to the trade and the public across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

Years of experience

In the driving seat is David Clarke, who started his own business in 1990 at the age of just 25. Autosupplies in those days was a supplier to the refinishing and paintwork industry. But seeing opportunities for demand to be met with supply, he expanded into other car parts and components – building a reputation for supplying only top-quality brands.

In 2003 it moved into purpose-built premises giving plenty of space for a wide range of parts, increasing stock holding and new suppliers.

Buying the Rotherham outlet four years ago, two years after purchasing the Barnsley site, has enabled the company to grow even further. It now employs nearly 200 members of staff, making over 4,000 deliveries per day in its 100 vans – a far cry from the days when it had just two people and one van.

The Autosupplies group has won many local and national awards and is regarded as one of the UK’s leading motor factors.

Parts and accessories

From spark plugs to brake pads, clutches to oils, you’ll find a choice of quality products at Leisureways. Not only do they supply service items like those but also paint, body panels, cleaning products, plus the tools and garage equipment you need in the trade or at home, to carry out the work.

Leisureways had been in business around 40 years before being bought by David – and customers are really noticing the difference in the new-look retail counter and improved stock holding.

It is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 8am to 4.30pm plus bank holidays 9am to 2pm. Here you’ll find free onsite parking and a delivery service available to the trade
