Plans for micropub at East Herringthorpe
A FORMER chippy could be converted into a micropub, under plans submitted to RMBC.
Applicant Chris Machin has applied to carry out the venture at the old Laudsdale Fisheries unit on Laudsdale Road in East Herringthorpe.
The development would create two full-time jobs and four part-time ones, according to the planning application.
One resident said: “I believe this would be a welcome benefit to the estate, as it is not late opening hours, and we don’t currently have anywhere to go to socialise.”
