Apprentice Aneeka is making her mark

A TEENAGER nominated as one of Rotherham’s top apprentices has won a regional award — and is in line for national glory.

Aneeka Zarar (19), who was one of the finalists in the Advertiser’s own apprentice awards this summer, is a star employee at Yorkshire Accommodation Bureau having completed a traineeship at The Source training centre.

The Broom graduate has just been named best intermediate apprentice for Yorkshire and the Humber in the National Apprenticeship Awards and scooped a place in the national final in London on November 30.
