UPDATE: Fire at business premises in Parkgate
A BLAZE in a furniture warehouse in Parkgate is being tackled by five fire engines and a turntable ladder.
The incident this afternoon (July 20) on Rawmarsh Road has caused road closures and traffic delays.
According to South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, there are no reports of casualties.
A Fire Service spokesman said: “A small amount of smoke is in the area so please try and keep doors and windows closed.”
Fire crews are expected to remain at the scene for several hours.
