He and a 31-year-old Sheffield man held on Thursday have been released on bail with conditions as enquiries continue.

Four people — including girls aged six and 17 — were injured in the fire, which police believe to have been a targeted incident.

A force spokesperson said: “Enquiries remain ongoing and officers are still keen to speak to people who were in the area that evening as we continue to build a complete picture of what happened.

“As well as witnesses to the incident itself, we are keen to speak to those who have CCTV footage which may have captured the lead up to or aftermath of the arson.
