Motorbike rider killed in crash on Parkway between Rotherham and Sheffield

Police were called just after 9.30pm yesterday (Monday) and the 21-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

A force spokesperson said: “The family have been informed and are currently being supported by specialist officers.”

The rider was on a black Kawasaki EX650 and the incident also involved a black Mazda 2 and a black Nissan Note.

The road was closed while enquiries were carried out and police have now appealed for witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage to come forward.
