The awards were presented by the Mayor of Rotherham, Cllr Alan Buckley, at Rotherham Town Hall.
The competition aims to celebrate council tenants who make a difference to their areas by taking pride in their gardens.

Rotherham Borough Council’s cabinet member for housing, Cllr Dominic Beck, said: “We are proud there are so many beautiful gardens on our estates.
“Each garden is a real asset to their local communities making them more attractive places to live.
“And despite the gruelling heatwave, which has not been kind to gardens, we have received some amazing entries showing creativity and great attention to detail.
