Busy night for fire crews tackling vehicle and derelict property blazes
Two fire crews from Dearne station attended a fire, believed to have been started deliberately, in a derelict property at 8.35pm on Cooperative Street, Goldthorpe, and left the scene an hour later.
Aston Park firefighters spent half an hour at a deliberate rubbish fire at 10.20pm on Cantilupe Crescent, Aston.

Hide AdTwo fire crews from Rotherham and Dearne stations then spent nearly two and a half hours dealing with an accidental fire involving pallets at 10.45pm on Tenter Street, Thornhill. They came away at 1.10am.
Firefighters from Edlington station tackled a deliberate grassland fire at 11.05pm on Windermere Close, Mexborough, leaving at 11.30pm.
A car was later deliberately set on fire at 4.25am on Nursery Road, North Aston. Firefighters from Aston Park station attended, coming away at 5am.
