Workshops on offer as young writers are invited to get scribbling

BUDDING writers of primary school age are encouraged to take part in a competition being held by Rotherham Libraries.

The contest — split into three age groups up to Year 6 — asks youngsters to write about the places in the borough that mean most to them.

The piece of work can be about a Rotherham person, location or memory, or perhaps something unusual or which makes them proud.
