9TH ROTHERHAM SCOUT GROUP: New Beavers at the last meeting were Tyler Schofield, Harry Cuckson and Callum Emeny. The Beavers completed their Experiment Award making papier mache volcanoes and learning about magnets. They held an Easter egg and bonnet competition and made Easter bunny headbands. All monies for the pond dipping trip need to be paid as soon as possible. The Cubs have been learning how to use a compass, read grid references and read signs on maps. Cubs completed their work for the Teamwork Challenge Award. The Scouts did a chip shop challenge in the local area and completed their Teamwork and Creativity Challenge Award.
