Spooky-looking pets to walk in the woods
Dog trainer Nick Pratt (23) is organising an event to start the festive season in style with some spooky-looking pets.
The walk costs a fiver and it will set off at 10am on Sunday (16) at Boston Castle.

Hide AdHe said: “It’s a structured walk where we will go out and do lots of activities, engaging with dogs, creating nice, safe socialisation patterns and making a fun, enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
“There are only small groups at the moment but I will be expanding my numbers as the walks progress.
“It’s a nice little thing to do and get people involved around the festive season.
“We do encourage minimal dog dress-up.
“This is the first Hallowe’en I’ve done but I’m hoping to do a Christmas walk [as well].”

Hide AdNick said anyone interested in taking part should contact him via Facebook.
“It’s so I can do a pre-assessment of the dog, how it will cope in a group environment and whatnot,” he said.
“Dogs have different needs.
“I’ll have a little chat with the owners about the walk itself, the rules and expectations.”
Providing the weather is fine, dogs will take a walk in the woodlands in the name of Hallowe’en

Hide AdNick added: “It’s going to be in a woodland-y area so we’ll be covered, but dog downers realistically should be able to walk dogs in all weathers.
“If it looks like it will be a miserable day, we’ll have to reschedule it for another time.”
