Shopping with a continental flavour returns to Rotherham

ROTHERHAM’S continental market makes a welcome return tomorrow.

There’s a chance to taste a flavour of abroad when the market pitches up for the rest of the week, before coming to an end on Sunday.

Traders from Italy, Germany, Turkey and even South America are among those set to offer their wares, from food and crafts to textiles, from 9.30am to 5pm each day

Cllr Denise Lelliott, advisory cabinet member for housing and the local economy, said: “With up to 25 stands and cabins already confirmed, people will really be spoiled for choice, whether they are looking to try something different for a lunchtime snack or fancy browsing some of the handmade goods on offer.
