Rotherham group marks National Interfaith Week

YOGA, numerology and medidation are all on the agenda during a week of activities to mark National Interfaith Week.

Rotherham Interfaith Group are organizing a week of activities for anyone interested in finding out about a variety of spiritual practices active in the Rotherham area.

Visitors to the Unity Centre in St Leonard's Road, from 3pm today will be able to take part in a tree planting, bring and buy sale, card making and a clay workshop.

Tomorrow from 7pm there is a workshop on the Baha'i faith and reiki with  Talks and music,  while Friday brings a Holistic Yoga session from 6pm and a talk on non-duality at 7.30pm.

The week’s events conclude on Sunday with storytelling at the Bridge Inn, Greasbrough Road, at noon, a talk on occult numerology and the supernatural at 1pm and a closing ceremony at 3pm including readings and meditation followed by universal songs and dances of peace from around the world.
