Relaunch of Kimberworth Park community base
The Mayor of Rotherham, Cllr Alan Buckley, did the honours at the Byrley Road Garden Hut, which will be the new HQ of Kimberworth Park Tenants and Residents Association (TARA) and several community groups.
The hut has been refurbished with a new kitchen and roof, rewiring and plastering and will help the TARA, which was formed over 22 years ago, continue to run day trips, Christmas parties, community days, charity fundraising and coffee mornings.
