BUDDING journalist Lauren Bramley (16) had never made a single flipping pancake without tossing batter all over the kitchen.
So she dropped in to Jamie’s Ministry of Food, Rotherham town centre, for a masterclass in the perfect pancake from catering officer Keith Winn in time for Pancake Tuesday today.
She picked up top tips on equipment, batter and fillings before having a go.
