New voice on health for residents

A NEW group aimed at giving the public a voice on health will be launched in public next week.

Healthwatch Rotherham’s will be officially launch at its new offices on High Street on Wednesday at 10.30am.

Healthwatch Rotherham is the new independent organisation set up to help local people get the best out of their local health and social care services.

Chairman Naveen Judah said: “We will make sure that the overall views and experiences of people who use health and social care services are heard and taken seriously at a local and national level.

“We do this by engaging with the people of Rotherham.

“This event will be a great opportunity to meet our team and find out more about our service.”
