Classic cars return to Wentworth
THOUSANDS of classic car fans flocked to Wentworth Woodhouse at the weekend as the stately home’s vintage car show returned for a second year.
The end-of-summer spectacular on the lawn of the stately home on Sunday saw hundreds of vintage vehicles on display, from meticulously restored Minis to tractors and American muscle cars.
And for the first time, there was the chance to see the machines on the move as several were driven around a show arena as their vital statistics were announced over the tannoy.
