Chico joins co-stars for panto launch

X FACTOR favourite Chico was full of beans when he joined his co-stars for the official launch of this year’s panto

The entertainer, who is famed for his cheeky dance moves, will headline this year’s cast of Jack and the Beanstalk.

And to get the town in the mood to party, Chico, along with co-stars Tara Verloop, Dean Winters and Richard Foster-King, visited Rotherham Central Children’s Centre for the launch.

Mark Scott, Rotherham Civic Theatre manager, said: “To celebrate Chico finding his way down the beanstalk to Rotherham, we hosted a very special launch event.

“Kids turned up in fancy dress to meet the stars and they enjoyed a great time with a party atmosphere.”

Jack and the Beanstalk will run at the civic theatre for five weeks, with 72 performances, from December 2.
