Callow set to bring Orson Welles to the stage
POPULAR actor Simon Callow will be gracing the stage at Doncaster’s Cast Theatre next month to talk about his latest book on Orson Welles.
He will discuss One-Man Band, the third volume in his epic study of the life and work of Welles, on April 1.
This new talk and reading explores what it was like to be around Welles in the centenary of his birth, and what it was like to be him.
The event kicks off at 7.30pm.
