Warnock in the frame

ROTHERHAM United have narrowed their managerial search down to a handful of candidates.

Neil Warnock is understood to be in the box seat but the club is still considering its options, with other candidates in the frame.

They are reported to include Northampton boss Chris Wilder, Portsmouth's Paul Cook and Stuart Gray, who was in the running the last time the post was vacant in September.

Caretaker boss Nicky Eaden is expected to be in charge for Saturday's game with Birmingham.
