TITANS have set their sights on winning at London Welsh this weekend following Saturday's disappointing home defeat.

The Clifton Lane men went down 15-0 to promotion-chasing Bristol in a performance which cemented their place in the bottom four.

But, says head coach Craig West, there were positives to take into this weekend's game in London.

"We knew what Bristol would do and we couldn't really compete against it, although we did defend really well," said West.

"It was disappointing that we didn't get on the scoreboard but that was because we gave the ball away too cheaply and made too many mistakes, which we will try to remedy this week."
