We need five wins: Ronnie

MANAGER Ronnie Moore reckons the Millers need to win five out of their last six games to stand a chance of winning automatic promotion.

Trailing third-placed Bournemouth by six points with six games left, Rotherham face two teams chipping at their heels in the next four days, with tomorrow's visit to in-form Morecambe (3pm) followed by a home date against Northampton Town on Tuesday (7.45pm).

And Moore, who has seen his side lose three on the bounce and fail to collect a single point over Easter, said: “We were looking for at least four points over Easter and the fact we got nothing has set us back a bit.

“We've got to win five from six and make sure we finish top of that little group of teams that includes Bournemouth, Chesterfield, Bury, Northampton and Aldershot."
