Sports trust lays on spooky special event

PUMPKIN carving, skeleton building and made Halloween-potion smoothies were among the activities at a spooky celebration event.

Rotherham United Community Sports Trust’s health and well-being team celebrated Halloween with a day of healthy horrors.

Young people aged between 11 and 16 learned about healthy eating, fruit and vegetables and the bones of the body while taking part in the horror-inspired workshops.

The project will continue in the evenings throughout term time at various locations across the town, with the next Health Camp taking place in February half-term.
