The London side play on a 4G pitch at Vallis Way which has hosted games this week. But with public safety issues a concern and more snow forecast for the south today, a doubt hangs over tomorrow’s Championship fixture.

A statement on Ealing Trailfinders’ website last night said:  “Our biggest priority is the safety of supporters. The surrounding areas and walkways are currently under snow and with more snow forecast for Friday, we will make a decision based on the best interest of those planning to attend.

“A decision will be made before 9am on Saturday morning before Rotherham depart for London.”

Although relegation is all but confirmed, the match offers Titans the chance to continue their recent improvement under coach Nic Rouse. It will be centre Joe Barker’s 50th game for the club if selected. Full-back Will Thomas rolled his ankle in training on Monday and misses out.

The match is scheduled to start at 3pm.
