Racing driver Trevor Taylor dies
Rotherham-born racing driver Trevor Taylor has died at the age of 73.
It is understood that he passed away peacefully in his sleep late on Monday.
The son of a garage owner from Rotherham, he won the British Formula 3 Championship and, raced in 29 Formula One Grands Prix.
During his career he achieved one podium, and scored a total of eight championship points.
