Moore happy with Gigg Lane point

MILLERS boss Ronnie Moore was pleased to take a point away from Saturday's toughie at Bury.

Adam Le Fondre scored his tenth goal of the season early in the second half to cancel out an earlier strike from the Shakers' Ryan Lowe, when the striker had an easy tap-in after being gifted the chance by Danny Harrison and Exodus Geohaghon.

Apart from that, Rotherham looked a gfood-solid outfit and out in a much better shift than in midweek against Bradford City.

Said Moore: "Gifting them the goal the way we did was disappointing but we showed enough spirit to come back and I think a draw was probably the right result

"We were hanging on a little bit at the end and I just wished we`d have kept the ball a little better.  But overall I have to be pleased with the performance."

The Millers now prepare for Wednesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy trip to Burton on Wednesday night.
