And Warne hopes that his side can exploit that pressure and notch a long overdue first away win.

“Wolves have got themselves dragged into it a bit,” he told the Advertiser. “They spent phenomenal money in the summer and not all their signings have worked the way they would have wanted them to.

“They have a really good manager who was a legend at Norwich and who knows the league really well.

“Against Ipswich in midweek, they put a lot of experienced Championship players in for the fight. They're obviously under pressure to get a result against us so I expect them to come out fast and hard and try and knock us over.

“What we have to do is try and mix our team up a bit and stay in the game and send the lads out thinking they are going to get that elusive first away win.”

Warne welcomes top scorer Danny Ward back to the fold from injury tomorrow but had nine senior pros missing for the midweek loss to Brighton and the treatment room isn't likely to empty until after the international break at the end of this month.
