Millers relishing Villa tie

ROTHERHAM United's Mark Bradley can't wait to lock horns with Aston Villa in the Capital One Cup tonight.

A repeat of the 1961 final, the second round clash gives the unbeaten Millers a chance to take a big Premier League scalp having already put out bitter rivals Sheffield Wednesday in the last round.

Defender Bradley said: "We want to try and prove ourselves at a high level and it's obviously a great game to go and play in.

"Hopefully we can go there, give a good account of ourselves and get a result to take into the league game at Notts County on Saturday."

Despite the huge challenge of beating an emerging Villa side tipped to do well in the Premier League, Millers chief Steve Evans believes an upset is possible.

He added: "I wouldn't be going to Villa Park if I didn't think we could do well and we won't be going there to sit and put half a dozen men behind the ball. We'll play the right way, have a go and see where it gets us."
