BREAKING: Morris joins Millers on loan

The 21-year-old former England youth international has joined on loan from the Norfolk club until the end of the season and becomes the Millers' fifth January signing.

Morris – described as a stong, physical presence – has had loan spells at Oxford United, York City and Hamilton Academical in Scotland, where he bagged eight goals in 32 outings.

Warne is hoping Morris won’t be the last of the January incomings.

There’s a contract offer on the table for the versatile Ryan Taylor, who is currently without a club and he is mulling over his options.

Warne said before the capture of Morris: “I need a defender, a striker and another wide man, although in fairness my wide man have been excellent.

"We just need competition for places to help the players keep their standards up.”
